1. General Conditions for Refund:

  • A request for a refund must be made in writing and sent to our official contact details as provided on our website.
  • The refund request should clearly state the reasons for seeking the refund, along with any supporting documentation.

2. Services Not Rendered:

  • If we fail to deliver the promised service within the agreed-upon timeframe, a full refund will be issued. This excludes cases where delays occur due to factors beyond our control.

3. Dissatisfaction with Services:

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of the service completion date. We will first attempt to rectify the situation and address your concerns. If you are still not satisfied, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.

4. Cancellations:

  • If you decide to cancel your service request within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after 24 hours but before we have begun the service will be subjected to a 10% administrative fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the service has commenced.

5. Payment Errors:

  • If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and issue a refund if an overcharge is confirmed.
